The vision for Station Park has always extended beyond being an elite development, aspiring to establish itself as a distinguished landmark destination in Kitchener/Waterloo. Exceptionally unique for the area, this groundbreaking development demanded an elevated sales experience that would align with the vision.
As Station Park's marketing partner, we aimed to redefine the conventional condo sales journey to unlike anything in the region.
To solve a big problem (creating a new sales center experience), we needed to think big—and that's what we did.
From the start, we had a concrete goal of creating an interactive experience that was comparable to what would be seen in cities like New York, London, or Dubai. Since the Station Park development itself was going to be innovative, we began our process by researching creative technological solutions that could be adapted to fit our sales journey.
Through research, brainstorming sessions, and connecting with local vendors, we arrived at an interactive 3D experience that would immerse prospective buyers into the vision for Station Park and the surrounding area.
Once we had established a solid foundation, we immediately began working on all aspects of the experience, which included motion graphics, interviewing, and filming.
As with any innovative solution, we naturally encountered new and unique challenges along the way. Working on such a large scale of new motion graphic and video practices, we had to adjust our workflow at times. This was done to ensure that deliverables were met on time while maintaining exceptional quality.

The final solution beautifully showcases the grandeur of Station Park while providing a comprehensive portrayal of its history, growth, development, and excitement for the future.

Enhancing the experience even further
Months after the first phase of the project had completely sold out, Station Park moved into phase two, which involved the construction of two new towers on the property and a new sales journey. For this phase, we took the original immersive experience and enhanced it to provide the sales team with a tool that allowed potential buyers to walkthrough multiple marketing materials at their own pace, giving them greater control over the process.
